Ucanbike will offer coaching that is catered to women. Services will include beginner bike skills as well as an introduction to competitive cycling.
Riding my bike has become something that I am very passionate about.
Sharing that passion with you brings me joy to pass on the opportunity that you may also feel the accomplishment that is gained by the fitness and the empowerment that comes from riding a bike!
Understanding the mechanics of the bike will give confidence
Knowing how to communicate on the bike will give you a sense of safety
Learning how to ride safely with added skills will give you a sense of accomplishment!

We can establish your goals and provide a daily fitness program. This would be done on a month to month schedule.
