Foundations Level 1

 

This class will break down the beginning mechanics of riding your bike. We will cover the the importance of understanding how your bike operates, how to communicate on the road for safety. Do drills that will incorporate the skills needed when on the bike. Each class will be customized to the needs of the group. ( Max 4 athletes per class)

This class is pre requisite for Foundations Level 2 Class

Simple Mechanics of the Bike”

This class will go over the tire changing, how to do simple maintenance on your bike to keep it safe and reliable.

Foundations Level 2

 

Build confidence in climbing and descending. Become more efficient in using your gears.

Personal Coaching

Personal coaching available
monthly or hourly.

We will have an initial interview to discuss health history, planning out your goals and what training will be involved to achieve those goals while incorporating a realistic view on life and create a balance between the two.
